Specification of Project

The BevStream Corp. team was excited to be awarded a prominent role during the construction of MGM CityCenter in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sitting on prime real estate between the Monte Carlo and the Bellagio on Las Vegas Boulevard, MGM CityCenter (“CityCenter Las Vegas”) remains the largest privately funded construction project in U.S. history at over $9 billion.

Three of the nation’s top building and design firms spearheading the project – Perini Building Co., Tishman Construction Corp., and Gensler – relied on BevStream to provide a complete Beverage Piping and CO2 Installation for all of the beer, soda, liquor, CO2 and refrigeration Piping Systems throughout the entire complex. Bevstream was also contracted to install all of the Beer Systems throughout the multi-building complex.

With a turnaround time of approximately 35 weeks, our team designed, fabricated, and installed full service Piping Systems spanning over 16 million square feet of hotels, condominiums, retail stores, pool areas, clubs and the expansive casino on the property.

The firms were so pleased with our work that they asked us to stay on to design and engineer the Bulk CO2 System for the main complex of the Aria Casino and Hotel. At four million square feet, the facility was so vast that it required a 14 ton CO2 tank to provide for such a large capacity.

Despite the expansiveness of the properties, our BevStream team served as a single source contractor for streamlined design, development, and installation of the Piping Systems. We were proud to be a key contributor in the development of these luxury properties and to be invited back for continued work with the building firms.
