Beverage Piping
Lightweight BevStream Aluminum Beverage Piping is available in standard 10’ and 20’ overall lengths. Installation is quick and efficient with BevStream Bolted Couplings reducing field labor requirements, thus total installation cost. Bell End Male/Female Piping Ends are also available. Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel and PVC are available when project conditions require.
Bends & Fittings
Long Radius BevStream Sweep Bends eliminate pinched beverage lines allowing for unrestricted beverage flow and distribution. 90 Degree Full Sweep Bends are available in 24″ to 72″ centerline radius. Standard Bends include 4” x 24” Radius, 6” x 30” Radius, 8” x 32” Radius and Custom bends and offsets are also available. Partial Long Sweep Bends are available in pre-made sizes of 45, 30 and 22.5 Degrees.
Bolted Coupling
BevStream Bolted (Compression) Coupling Systems both insure a leakproof piping joint and eases installation time resulting in installation savings. Bolted Couplings are used to make Piping, Bend and Fitting Connections. All Bolted Couplings are minimum (4) bolt style and ship Pre-Bolted to save time in the field. BevStream Couplings provide for leak proof security, while at the same time result in a rigid connection between piping sections.
Pull Sleeve
Pull Sleeves simplify installation, testing and maintenance by allowing easy access to beverage lines at any designated location. Pull Sleeves are recommended every 100 feet or every 3 bends to assist the beverage line pull by beverage line installers. No hangers or supports are required, so installation time is reduced.
Pull Box Assembly
BevStream Pull Boxes are used as Junction Points to accommodate beverage line transitions to multiple locations from a single beverage bundle. Pull Boxes are constructed of steel and are provided with full access covers. Standard sizes are in stock with customizable sizes available upon order. Transitions from the Beverage Piping to the Pull Box are accomplished with Adaptor Plates which can be factory welded to the Pull Box or more common, shipped as separate parts for field installation where exact center line dimensions and locations are field determined.
Adaptor Plate
BevStream Adaptor Plates are used for connecting Beverage Piping to Pull Boxes. Pull Boxes are customarily ordered and shipped prior to the actual centerline connection dimensions being determined. Adaptor Plates are easily screwed to the Pull Boxes allowing for easy field installation while also reducing shipping lead times.
Pipe Hangers
Double rod hanger assemblies are the Specified method of supporting BevStream Beverage Piping Systems. A double rod support hanger assures rigidity in the System and provides stability from movement while beverage lines are being pulled. Single rod hangers should be avoided, except where necessary due to field conditions.
